**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Location**: Mumbai, India

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and engaging potential customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.
- **Custom Solutions Development**: Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to craft tailored packaging and plastic product solutions based on client needs.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for business expansion.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
