- **Investment Mobilization**: Proactively identify and approach potential investors—individuals, firms, and institutions—to present funding opportunities offered by HGB Fin.
- **Pitch & Presentation**: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and investment decks tailored to diverse investor profiles.
- **Relationship Management**: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors to ensure long-term engagement.
- **Project Familiarization**: Stay updated on all active and upcoming projects under HGB Fin to effectively match investor profiles to suitable opportunities.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends, investor behavior, and competitor strategies to provide inputs for refining our investment offerings.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to investment inflows and lead conversions.

**What is expected?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
- 1+ years of experience in investment sales, fundraising, wealth management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in meeting investors, conducting follow-ups, and handling objections professionally.
- Good understanding of financial instruments, business funding models, and investor expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital presentation platforms.
