As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Chemmanur Credits and Investments Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and overall success of the company. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for leading the executive team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the organization's continued growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives. Lead the organization in identifying new market opportunities, expanding service offerings, and maintaining a competitive edge in the financial services industry.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management. Work closely with the finance team to optimize financial performance, manage resources effectively, and drive revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer service delivery across all business segments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the highest standards of service quality and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership to the executive team and inspire a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence throughout the organization. Mentor and develop key talent, cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment, and empower employees to reach their full potential.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, regulatory authorities, business partners, and community organizations. Represent the company externally and serve as a trusted ambassador for Chemmanur Credits and Investments Limited.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement robust risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and reputation, and mitigate potential risks to the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of successful leadership in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 10 years of executive management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the Indian context.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and achieve measurable results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus, negotiate effectively, and inspire confidence among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
