**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the iGaming/Raffle Draw division, ensuring alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Boby Chemmanur International Group.
- Lead the planning and implementation of initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the iGaming/Raffle Draw sector, leveraging industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Oversee the development and launch of innovative digital gaming products and platforms, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
- Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and influence of the iGaming/Raffle Draw division, both domestically and internationally.
- Provide visionary leadership for the development, branding, and marketing of the new tea brand, identifying unique selling propositions and driving consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of the iGaming/Raffle Draw division and the tea brand, implementing corrective actions and optimizations as needed.
- Represent Boby Chemmanur International Group at industry events, conferences, and media engagements, building relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing the company's reputation and influence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of executive leadership and strategic management, with at least 7-10 years of experience in senior management roles within the gaming, entertainment, or beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming/Raffle Draw landscape, including regulatory frameworks, technological advancements, and emerging trends.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching consumer brands, with a focus on product positioning, marketing strategy, and customer experience.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
