**Position **:Executive - Training

**Employment Type**: Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To check and verify the eligibility requirements and documents of trainees
- To brief trainees on the day of arrival at the training centre and hand over Welcome Kits
- Co-ordinate training schedule with SFI and Ground instructors
- To check training folders and documents on a day to day basis and ensure that all documents are filled properly by the SFI/FOI/TREs
- Prepare course completion certificates
- Liaison with DGCA for FOI nomination, fees deposits, Instructor approvals and trainee license endorsements
- Provide administrative support to the department of human resources and training
- Run and communicate reports on events and training programs
- Ensure to achieve target utilization of the simulator devices and provide any variation observed/captured.
- Take prior approval from concerned authority for simulator session/slot cancellation due to technical/logistics/other issues.
- Assist Training administrator in scheduling, mailing and communicating of training programs
- Maintain and manage events and schedules calendar of the training department

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Graduate with minimum two years of experience in relevant field.
- Problem solving & Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and able to multi task
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly with a high degree of focus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office
