**Job Responsibilities:
- To cross-check the data of Pilots who applied for their upgrade as per the requirement given in the QR.
- Tracking & Monitoring of complete Trainer Upgrade process starting from Clearance until Line Release. Keeping a track of Trainer Unsat cases and follow up on their further course of training.
- Update the crew categories of Pilots undergoing command and Transition training in AIMS data base as per the capacity they joined.
- Monitor Training progress of Unsat cases counselled by office of Chief Pilot - Training.
- Responsible to share the line training requirement of newly inducted Pilots and disseminating the same with the concern team and Pilots.
- Planning and coordination with overseas Simulator center regarding wet Type rating training program and sharing Pilots' training document with different Sim centers and follow up of training documents with training center post completion of training.
- Arranging accommodation, tickets, visa and forex as per entitlement to the Pilots who are going for simulator training outside India. Ensuring the pilot completes training without any hassle.
- Maintaining Simulator Standardization Expiry data and liaising with SIM centers on timely basis in order to get the SIM re-validation approval from the Regulator and Maintaining Overseas Trainers Indoctrination validities and coordinating for the timely renewal.
- Any other task assigned by Manager/ Director - Pilot Training from time to time. 

**Job Specification**:

- Education: Graduate from a recognized university
- Experience: 2 to 4 years' post qualification experience
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in team
- Proactive and task oriented
