Gurgaon, India Corporate Steps Full time

**Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -**
- To plan, organize and coordinate for induction and Jaquar Group orientation sessions of the new employees at head office and branches (Telephone/Video Call)
- To coordinate with all facilitators for smooth execution of domestic as well as international team members' training - Face to face as well as over the VC
- Coordination with all participants (including new joiners, induction trainees and LEAP participants) for their travel and stay
- To assist the L&D Head in developing training plans for the upcoming year / month
- Timely scrutinising the performance data of employees and trainees and organise it in required formats for further action planning
- To involve actively in employee engagement activities like birthday events, celebrations, library management and 'learn through fun' activities
- To prepare all MIS required by the department and share with the management as per pre - decided frequency
- Maintaining repository of all training modules and documents
- To ensure adherence to training SOP's as defined
- To write minutes of daily plan vs achievement
- To work closely with the L&D Head for all training related activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
