**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹32,000 (in-hand) + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor(Inside Sales) to join our team in Noida. This role involves promoting and selling UG/PG online courses to prospective students and helping them make informed career decisions. If you have a passion for sales and education, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:
Understand students’ academic goals and suggest suitable programs accordingly.

Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and persuasion.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (inside sales/tele-sales preferred).

Excellent communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
