**Job Description: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counsel Prospective Students**: Engage with students and parents to provide guidance on UG/PG course options that align with their academic and career goals.
- **Sales Conversion**: Effectively manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the courses offered and clearly communicate their value proposition to potential students.
- **Relationship Building**: Build trust and rapport with students to create a positive enrollment experience.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Maintain Records**: Use CRM tools to record interactions and ensure a seamless follow-up process.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with industry trends and updates on educational programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in inside sales, preferably in education or EdTech.
- **Excellent communication skills** (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UG/PG education programs is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
