**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 6 months - 3 years of experience in **EdTech / inside sales / academic counselling** (preferred in tech courses).
- Strong understanding of **Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technologies**.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce).
