1. Connect with prospective students, introducing educational programs and providing detailed information.

2. Engage in direct walk-ins, greeting and assisting potential students in understanding available courses, admission procedures, and program benefits.

3. Schedule appointments for prospective students with senior student counselors, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, inquiries, and appointments using the designated CRM software or database.

6. Collaborate closely with the student counselling team, sharing feedback, insights, and updates on student interactions and progress.

7. Assist in organizing and participating in virtual events, webinars, or seminars to attract potential students and generate leads.

8. Ensuring a positive experience for all students and maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Must have Bachelor's degree.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi and Telugu is a plus.

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and convincingly

4. Good at computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

5. Adaptable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of individuals.

7. Previous experience in a similar role for 1-2 years is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
