JD for Product Advisor: Type ofEngagement: Full -Time/Permanent. JD: As a Product Advisor, you will be the face ofthe company, providing expert Product advice and assistance to ourcustomers. You will play a key role in creating an engaging and memorableshopping experience while helping customers discover the perfect products tomeet their beauty needs. We're seeking passionate individuals to join our teamas Product Advisors.Responsibilities:● Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalizedservice.● Build strong relationships with customers tounderstand their preferences and needs.● Provide expert product recommendations anddemonstrations to promote sales.● Assist customers infinding the right products.● Stay up -to -date on thelatest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions● Maintain a clean and organized store environment,including product displays and tester stations.● Process transactions accurately and efficiently.● Participate in ongoing training and developmentprograms to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.● Collaborate with team members to achieve salestargets and deliver exceptional customer service. Few pointers to discuss with candidates beforeproceeding:● Proficiency in bothEnglish and Hindi communication is required. Kannad knowledge will be an addedadvantage.● Candidates shouldeither be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.● Must be flexible with work timings, includinglate logouts (post 10 PM).● Candidates with a keeninterest or experience in the beauty industry, Product advisor roles, customerrelationship management, or sales are preferred. Freshers with goodcommunication skills are also welcome.● The role involves six working days withrotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.● Please ensurecandidates discuss the requirements and work conditions with their familymembers before proceeding with their application.
