**Role Purpose**: The Space Advisor is the cornerstone of Galleca’s in-store experience. This role goes beyond sales—it’s about listening, visualizing, and offering smart, aesthetic solutions that turn houses into homes. You’ll guide customers through our collections, help them make informed design decisions, and ensure a premium, personalized shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Customer Engagement & Design Consultation

Welcome customers with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs, space layouts, budgets, and lifestyle preferences.

Provide expert advice on furniture selection, spatial arrangement, and styling combinations that align with Galleca’s brand aesthetic.

Offer mood boards or layout sketches (digital or manual) to visualize ideas for the customer.

**Sales Enablement**

Guide customers toward suitable solutions from our collections, promoting both aesthetics and functionality.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through need-based selling and personalized recommendations.

Maximize Average Transaction Value (ATV) through smart upselling and cross-selling of accessories, décor, and services.

**Visual Merchandising & Store Experience**

Ensure that product displays are neat, appealing, and in sync with seasonal and thematic guidelines.

Collaborate with the visual team to refresh layouts and inspire customers with creative styling.

**Coordination & Client Relationship Management**

Maintain detailed records of client visits, preferences, and purchase history for follow-up and relationship building.

Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customization teams to ensure timely deliveries and order accuracy.

Resolve any post-sales concerns with empathy and urgency, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Educational Qualification**:Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**: 0-4 years in interior consultation, retail furniture, or premium lifestyle sales.

**Skills Required**:
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of space planning

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Customer-first approach with a passion for interiors

Familiarity with tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or any interior visualizing app is an added advantage

Ability to handle multiple clients with professionalism and poise
