**Job Title: Beauty Advisor (Retail Store)**

**Experience : 3 to 8 year**

**Job Summary**:
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling salon and cosmetic products. Your role involves providing personalized beauty consultations, recommending products based on customer needs, and maintaining product displays to ensure a premium shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on salon products (hair care, treatments, tools) and cosmetic items (makeup, skincare, fragrance).
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling techniques.
- Keep up to date with new product launches, promotions, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beauty section, including testers and displays.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inventory restocking and product returns according to store policies.
- Attend brand trainings and participate in workshops to stay current on trends and product knowledge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Product Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of **salon products**:

- In-depth knowledge of **cosmetic and skincare products**:

- **Sales Skills**:

- Ability to **drive sales** through product recommendations and upselling.
- Experience working with **sales targets.**:

- Familiarity with **point-of-sale systems** and basic retail operations.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 8 year experience in beauty retail or salon industry preferred.
- Formal certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is an advantage but not mandatory.
