JOB SUMMARY
A Product Advisor is a professional responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers regarding products and services offered by a company. The main role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. A Product Advisor may also assist with product features, benefits, and technical specifications, and ensure that the products meet customer expectations. Additionally, they may contribute to sales efforts, track market trends, and provide feedback to product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
Provide detailed product information, including features, advantages, and usage instructions.
Answer customer questions and address concerns about products or services.
Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Support the sales process by assisting customers in making purchasing decisions.
Work closely with sales teams to meet sales targets.
Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Maintain product knowledge and attend training sessions as needed.
