Position Title : - Deputy General Manager - Delivery Head

This Role Supervises

Technical Lead - ABAP, Analytics, Mobile/Outsourced teams/Testers

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- This role will primarily own the technology roadmap for the company.
- The person will be familiar with both SAP and non-SAP technologies across the spectrum of interest for a company such as ours.
- It will include areas such as enterprise integration, analytics, web, cloud, mobility, IoT and blockchain.
- The person will interact with business groups and IT teams and external entities in identifying and making the right technology choices for the company, aligned to its business mission and goals.
- The person will be an expert in formulating future enterprise models based on emerging frameworks and practices and migrate the current architecture to the desired state. The person will also look at leveraging the existing landscape for maximum benefits.

Educational Qualification

Essential: B.Com/ B. Sc/ B.E./ B.Tech/ MBA/ MCA

Preferred:
Functional / Technical Expertise (Please indicate Product / Functional Portfolio)
- Experience across SAP Landscape - SAP S/4, SAP ECC, SAP BI, SAP CRM, and required respective programming language understanding like SAP ABAP and SAP UI5 -Fiori.
- Experience on analytics platform like Qlik, SAC, Tableau etc.
- Well versed with SDLC, various project management methodologies and ability to manage projects within timelines and cost
- Good understanding of software behaviours, problem Areas, performance, reliability issues
- Knowledge of various OS and databases - Linux, Unix, Windows Server, Oracle, HANA and SQL Server

Total Experience Required (In yrs.): -15 years +

Relevant Experience (in yrs.) : -10-12 yrs

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsibilities (Indicate 4-8 Key Deliverable for this position)

Ensure robust technical architecture for any business requirement
- Leverage existing landscape to deliver business value
- Derive and define business requirements in discussions with business functions/users
- Manage IT Partners for above activities and ensure they meet requisite SLAs/contract obligations
- Lead a team in development and support activities
- Interact with other Module Leads to smoothly achieve IT Function Objectives
- Ensure that requisite processes, policies, and standards are implemented and adhered to
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities for optimizing costs, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency and increase revenue

Participate in SIF Implementation for the Business Group.
- Project execution as per overall satisfaction, adherence to timelines, quality of solution.
- Identified innovative Business Solution and prepare business solution for Digital Initiatives
- Participation in IT Events, seminars, Conference.

TECHNICAL (3- 4)
- Project Tracking and execution.
- Adept on upcoming technology trends and mapping them for business benefits.
- Well versed with various project management and SDLC methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative and Develop

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
