Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans, making challans, arranging transportation etc.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Arrange Water, Tea and coffee with the help of housekeeping.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs to purchase dept.
- Good time management skills for handling multiple tasks at one time.
- Keep ensure reception area is tidy and presentable every time.
- Maintain all related documents properly like
- Inward /outward challan book, Voucher book etc.
- Ensure timely supply of all the stationary requirements of all the employees and maintain necessary stock for the same and co-ordinate with Purchase Dept. for stationary requirements Purpose.
- Keep Ensure all consumable and cleaning material available on time for factory and office purpose with help of purchase dept.
- Maintain and update all the stock (Available in office store Including cleaning, Consumption & Stationery items) in Excel sheet/ Customize software and submit the same as per requirement of purchase Dept.
- As an office store in charge you are responsible for handle stock related queries.
- Maintain courier inward and outward register Excel sheet
- Maintain all local sales freight data with rates for purchase department verification purpose with concern of costing.
- Coordinate with sales/service and purchase dept for require local logistics freight cost and maintain the same in excel sheet for verification purpose.
- Arrange We fast /porter /auto as per requirement.
- Co-Ordinate with Office Vehicle to shift/sent the received material from office to factory location.
- Track all local shipment on daily basis till delivery (morning) and submit the report to related person-Sales/ Service team
- Confirm the Purchase Dept while doing any commercial transactions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping arrangements and keep watch on housekeeping person for good and clear environment.
- Keep inform all department that don’t stand on Reception area without valid reason.
- To handle the interview arrangement and communication with internal respective HOD’s
- In Emergency take active attitude for doing extra work as per Circumstances.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
