**Job Description - Inside Sales Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Cold Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound calls. Need to make at least 30 to 50 calls per day to the given leads.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.

Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales management team.

Pipeline Management: Accurately update and maintain sales pipeline data in CRM systems, ensuring it reflects current opportunities, sales stages, and expected close dates.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the sales team, marketing, and product development to optimize sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:
1+ years of experience in Inside sales and Cold Calling.

A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a high level of persuasiveness and professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
