**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator who can plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns for Art of Living’s youth and family-focused programs. This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution—and calls for someone who understands how enrollment-based digital marketing works, especially in the Indian context.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the agency-managed paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, etc.
- Track performance daily, analyze metrics, and recommend tactical and creative changes.
- Work closely with creative teams to build compelling copy, banners, and video snippets.
- Manage end-to-end digital funnel: landing pages, lead forms, retargeting, follow-ups.
- Coordinate with field and program teams to ensure enrollment campaigns align with regional and seasonal priorities.
- Maintain ad budgets, performance reports, and track ROI across campaigns.
- Test and iterate based on data insights and audience behavior.

**Who You Are**
- 0-5 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on performance campaign execution.
- Good understanding of ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Able to read analytics, draw insights, and make real-time optimizations.
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of messaging that resonates with families and youth.
- Organized, collaborative, and eager to drive real impact through digital channels.

**Nice to Have**
- Exposure to yoga, wellness, or enrollment-driven marketing in India is a big plus.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mailchimp, or Zapier.
- Fluency in Hindi or regional languages for vernacular ad adaptation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
