Applications invited from MBA's with 2-3 years experience for the post of Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator in Bangalore.

As a marketing coordinator you are responsible responsible for creating a marketing plan to support online sales and coordinate with the digital and social media marketing agencies in executing the plan and providing information as needed.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop annual and monthly marketing plan in consultation with the digital and social media marketing agencies
- Supervise the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing tasks pertaining to social
- Manage relationships and coordinate with external vendors (digital and social media
- marketing agencies) to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
- Make raw content in the form of images, product photographs and video footage available to the marketing agency
- Other than the content developed by the agency, create social media posts as and when required
- Coordinate and assist external vendor in website refinement with respect to UX and UI
- Undertake branding related activities
- Coordinate marketing for events
- Evaluate and monitor Instagram ad campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating reports
- Run ads on online platforms like Etsy and Ebay
- Track OKRs and KPIs and analyze results
- Tie up with Influencers
- Conduct market research and identify trends in the wellness and gemstones industries
- Create and execute plan for blog content

**Skills/Requirements**
- Content Creation
- Creative Writing
- Proficiency with tools like Canva and Analytics.
- Digital Marketing
- English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Result-oriented with quick turnaround time and team management.
- Teetotaler and non-smoker

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
