**Job Summary**:
The Boutique Hotel Front Office Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office and providing exceptional guest service. This role involves managing daily front desk activities, supervising front office staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Front office executive plays a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's reputation and exceeding guest expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Guest Services:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and personalized experience.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with guest requests, information, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and services to enhance guest experiences.
2. Front Desk Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including staff scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
3. Staff Supervision and Training:
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure staff adheres to established hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team morale.
4. Revenue Management:
- Maximize room revenue through effective room rate and occupancy management.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests during check-in and throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and manage daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Maintain guest records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Security and Emergency Management:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by following established protocols.
- Handle emergency situations and crises, such as fire alarms or medical incidents, with composure and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a boutique hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and relevant software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests effectively.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹9,147.36 - ₹21,464.99 per month
