**Job Title**: Female Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Location**: Cloud 9 Hotel, Mansarover, Jaipur 302020

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Efficiently manage check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Address guest concerns and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records of guest information, payments, and room availability using hotel management software.
- Assist with administrative tasks and billing as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in hospitality).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
