**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our Sales & Business Development team. The primary role involves connecting with prospective schools and educational institutions over phone calls to generate qualified leads, schedule product demos, and support the conversion process.
You’ll play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by introducing our School ERP solution (**I-Campusbuddy**) to decision-makers and creating interest in our offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, and institutions from the provided database or lead sources.
- Pitch our ERP product, understand client needs, and highlight relevant features and benefits.
- Generate qualified leads by scheduling product demonstrations with our sales or onboarding team.
- Maintain and update the CRM or lead tracking sheet with accurate call records, responses, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely demos and customer communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and demo appointments.
- Gather market insights, objections, and client feedback to help improve pitch and messaging.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar sales/customer service role (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B).
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Confident and persuasive phone presence with the ability to handle rejections positively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- High level of self-motivation and a target-driven approach.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
