We are looking for a dedicated Montessori Teacher with experience or interest in working with special needs children aged 2-6 years. Key Responsibilities:
1. Montessori-Based Teaching:
Implement Montessori principles to promote independence, sensory exploration, and practical life skills.

Design and adapt materials for individualized learning needs.

2. Special Needs Support:
Modify activities to match each child’s learning pace and abilities.

Provide sensory-based activities to enhance cognitive, motor, and language development.

Work on prelinguistic skills, communication, and social interaction.

3. Classroom & Behavior Management:
Create a structured, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Use positive reinforcement techniques to support children with behavioral challenges.

4. Language & Communication Development:
Assist in speech stimulation activities in collaboration with speech therapists.

Encourage expressive and receptive language skills through storytelling, music, and play.

5. Parental Collaboration:
Guide and train parents on Montessori techniques for home learning.

Provide feedback on the child’s progress and suggest home-based activities.

6. Observation & Documentation:
Maintain individual progress reports for each child.

Regularly assess and modify teaching methods based on each child’s needs.

7. Collaboration with Specialists:
Work alongside speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists for holistic child development.

Qualifications & Skills:
Montessori certification Diploma/PG Diploma in Montessori

Patience, empathy, and passion for special needs education.

Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and therapists.

Ability to modify Montessori techniques to suit different learning abilities.
