**Montessori Primary Teacher (Ages 3-6)**

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in a preschool or early childhood setting
**Certification**: Montessori Training (AMI / IMTC / Equivalent) preferred, or willingness to undergo training

We are inviting passionate and committed women educators to join our dynamic team. If you have preschool teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to deepen your practice through Montessori training, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide children aged 3-6 using the Montessori approach in a structured yet nurturing environment
- Present lessons clearly to individuals and small groups based on each child’s readiness
- Observe and support the emotional, cognitive, and physical development of every child
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s learning and developmental progress
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate respectfully and openly with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
- Represent the school’s vision and values with professionalism and care
- Participate in training, school events, and parent-teacher interactions
- Minimum one year of experience in preschool or early childhood education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with young children
- Open to learning and committed to ongoing professional development
- Reliable, organized, and collaborative
- Montessori certification (AMI / IMTC / Equivalent) preferred, or willingness to complete training
