- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of recruiters to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's recruitment practices are in line with current standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with demonstrated success in leading and managing a team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
