Execute multiple R&D projects at a time.
- Search for Literature & Patents relevant to the product.
- To train junior chemists.
- Conducting R&D trial reactions based on literature reference and other sources.
- Knowledge on setting up appropriate reaction-set-up for carrying out the experiments for trial reactions.
- To execute reactions towards process improvement (yield improvement, reduction in RM cost and reaction cycle) and production support in trouble shooting ongoing process.
- Responsible for synthesis, work-up and purification of product as per guidelines and meeting the stringent timelines set for the project.
- Documentation and Record keeping of experimental findings/observations.
- Basic knowledge on analytical data interpretation.
- To interact and participate with team member within and across different functional.
- Knowledge on safety and chemical hygiene.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) towards equipment usage and handling.

To attend Training Programs conducted on behalf of management for up-skill development as and where applicable.

**Salary**: ₹8,331.75 - ₹39,852.10 per month
