We focus on sustainable, biodegradable, and women-friendly hygiene and personal care products.

We're expanding our product line and looking for a Research & Development (R&D) Executive to support new product innovation and quality improvement initiatives.

Job description:

The R&D Executive will assist in developing, testing, and improving new products from concept to launch.

You'll collaborate with the production and quality teams to innovate eco-friendly and sustainable personal care products aligned with Bliss Natural's brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new product formulation and development based on company requirements.
  • Conduct research, sampling, and trials for innovative eco-friendly products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify new raw materials and sustainable alternatives.
  • Maintain documentation of product formulations, samples, and reports.
  • Coordinate with the production team during pilot trials and scaling up.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Track market trends and competitor products for innovation ideas.
  • Assist in packaging R&D and product testing documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D, product formulation, or new product development (FMCG / Personal Care / Manufacturing preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of raw materials, formulations, and quality testing.
  • Strong observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good documentation and communication abilities.
  • Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
