**Role and Responsibility**
- Knowing all the details of the service provided in the company.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual those who bring the vehicle for servicing.
- Meet and exceed service target set by the organization.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the proper updating the services.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and service activities.

**Telecaller Requirements**
- Graduation, diploma or equivalent
- Priory experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
- Knowledgeable with computers

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.94 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
