Customer Relation Executive

**Job description**
We are seeking a highly proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. You will be assisting in creating and sustaining good connections with clients, making sure they are satisfied, and addressing any inquiries or issues that they may have. Your excellent sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and eye for design will help us give our clients a pleasant and lasting impression. This internship is a wonderful opportunity to develop interpersonal abilities and practice customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on new developments, promotions, and special events.
- Addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information about company services.
- Learning and Growth: Stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and company services to continually enhance your knowledge and skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum One year experience is Preferable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in a team environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Laptop is mandatory for this position
