**About the Job**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will talk to potential customers, understand their needs, and help our sales team grow the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain our products or services to customers in a clear and simple way.
- Research companies and people online to find new sales leads.
- Collect and save customer details like name, phone number, and address.
- Set up meetings or product demos for interested customers.
- Understand what the customer wants and answer their questions.
- Share good leads with the senior sales team for deal closing.
- Follow up regularly with customers who showed interest.
- Keep the customer information updated in the CRM system.
- Share your daily work updates with your manager.
- Keep records properly as per ISO guidelines.
- Work hard to achieve monthly sales targets.

**Skills Required**:

- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Confident while speaking on the phone.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Able to do online research and collect information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to manage time and tasks well.
