Warranty & Accident Two-wheeler Coordinator

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager and working closely with a highly skilled and supportive team, this role will be responsible for managing and processing Warranty claims. Working closely with the Service team to ensure compliance of warranty terms and conditions are met, minimising the impact to our customers and business by being meticulous in detail with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claims
- Liaise with manufacturers to support the end customer to the fullest
- Process all claims in a timely manner
- Support the Service Dept with the upkeep of R&M contracts
- Ensure a fluid stream of information is present from the workshop to support any and all claims
- Audit and sign off workshop jobs on a daily basis
- Updating of the DMS with any inspection reports carried out on Vehicles
- Sending out inspection reports to customers via DMS

To be considered for this role you must have;
- A willingness to learn and further your own knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standard
- Knowledge of two-wheeler automotive industry and products
- Capability to work efficiently within the Microsoft Suite of software including Excel
- Ability to analyze and summarize data in order to make recommendations on future actions and business improvement processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
