Accident Incharge

An incident manager is responsible for managing incidents from start to finish, including planning, coordinating, and reporting on the incident response. They are the point of contact for major incidents and are in charge of ensuring that incidents are resolved quickly and effectively. Here are some responsibilities of an incident manager:

- **Incident response**Coordinate and direct all aspects of the incident response, including establishing and maintaining incident response procedures
- **Communication**Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of the incident
- **Incident reviews**Identify, initiate, schedule, and conduct incident reviews to identify areas for improvement
- **Preventive measures**Implement preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of future incidents
- **Incident documentation**Document incident details, causes, and resolution actions for future reference
- **Process improvement**Establish continuous process improvement cycles to review and enhance the incident management process
