Season Two Senior Living is hiring a  Human Resource Manager  to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and compliance at our senior living community in Kerala. This role calls for someone with empathy, expertise, and leadership skills to shape a positive workplace culture while supporting the mission of providing exceptional senior care.
Position Summary The  Human Resource Manager  will design and execute HR strategies that align with Season Two’s organizational goals. The position will oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff training, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with labour laws, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a respectful and values-driven workplace that reflects empathy, respect, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for care staff, hospitality, and administrative roles.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and background verification.
Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee grievances fairly and promptly.
Organize wellness, engagement programs, and team-building activities.
Conduct regular staff feedback sessions and stay interviews.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and design professional development programs.
Collaborate with experts in caregiving, safety, and customer service to deliver training.
Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Performance Management
Implement performance evaluation systems and KPI frameworks.
Guide managers in goal setting and constructive feedback.
Manage appraisals, promotions, and salary revisions.
Policy Development & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Maintain official HR documents, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Keep HR records audit-ready with efficient systems.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage HRIS systems and employee data accuracy.
Coordinate payroll with finance teams.
Oversee employee benefits, attendance management, and leave policies.
Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in  healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
In-depth understanding of  Indian labour laws and HR policies.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Empathy and alignment with senior care values.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
Preferred Qualities Experience in senior living, healthcare, or customer service environments.
Multilingual (English and Malayalam preferred).
Passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organization with social impact.
Position Details Job Level : Mid-Level Management
Location : Kerala (Kochi / Trivandrum facilities)
Salary Range : Rs.40,000 – Rs.60,000 per month
