Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
- **Influencer Identification and Outreach**: Research and identify potential influencers across multiple social media platforms. Conduct outreach to negotiate and secure partnerships that fit the brand's image and budget.
- **Campaign Management**: Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is created and published according to campaign requirements. Manage timelines, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers and the internal content team to brainstorm and guide the creation of engaging content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics to assess the effectiveness of influencer partnerships. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and influencer agencies to ensure ongoing successful collaborations.
- **Market Trends**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in influencer marketing, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
