Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**:Creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies to achieve specific brand objectives, such as increased brand awareness, website traffic, or sales.
- **Influencer Identification and Outreach**:Finding and building relationships with relevant influencers whose audience aligns with the target market.
- **Campaign Management**:Overseeing the execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and tracking performance.
- **Relationship Management**:Maintaining ongoing communication and collaborations with influencers, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positive experiences.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- **Reporting and Optimization**:Generating reports on campaign performance, providing insights, and making recommendations for future strategies and adjustments.

Essential Skills:

- **Communication and Negotiation**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with influencers, manage contracts, and convey brand messaging.
- **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- **Social Media Savvy**:Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for influencer marketing.
- **Project Management**:Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
