Job Title: Influencer Manager

Department: Marketing / Public Relations

Reports To: Marketing Director / Head of Social Media

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Database Management:
1. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of influencers across different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, FB, etc.) segmented by niche, reach, engagement rates, and other relevant metrics.

2. Track influencer performance, historical collaborations, and potential for future partnerships.

3. Regularly audit and expand the database to ensure diversity and alignment with brand campaigns.

Negotiation and Relationship Building:
1. Establish and foster strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and influencer managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

2. Handle all negotiations regarding deliverables, pricing, and contracts for influencer partnerships, ensuring budget optimization.

3. Understand influencer pricing models and confidently bargain to ensure the best possible deal for the brand.

Collaboration Strategy and Execution:
1. Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to understand campaign objectives and select the right influencers that align with the brand and campaign goals.

2. Develop creative collaboration strategies that align with the brand's values and marketing goals.

3. Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from outreach to execution, content approval, and performance tracking.

Sourcing New Influencers:
1. Continuously search for new influencers who align with the brand’s image and target audience.

2. Conduct thorough research using social media platforms, databases, and tools to identify new talent and trends in the influencer space.

3. Attend events, webinars, and industry meet-ups to discover and network with upcoming influencers.

Campaign Tracking and Reporting:
1. Monitor the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.

2. Prepare regular reports on influencer collaborations, their impact on campaign performance, and ROI to share with senior management.

3. Optimize campaigns based on influencer performance and industry trends.

Collaboration and Communication:
1. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal) to align on goals, content approval processes, and campaign strategies.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all influencer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and seamless communication.

Industry and Platform Trends:
1. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and relevant platforms.

2. Implement emerging trends into influencer marketing strategies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including best practices, industry standards, and negotiation strategies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and internal teams.

Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in negotiating influencer contracts, pricing, and deliverables.

Analytical Skills: Ability to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights from influencer campaigns.

Creativity: A creative thinker who can come up with engaging campaign ideas and influencer strategies.

Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, databases, and influencers simultaneously.

Social Media Expertise: Proficient in major social media platforms (Instagram, FB, YouTube, etc.)

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle campaign challenges and dynamic situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience working with influencer agencies or talent management.

Familiarity with contract and legal aspects of influencer collaborations.

Pay: ₹9,092.48 - ₹32,670.12 per month
