Role Summary

Step into a powerful role where strategy meets execution. As an
Influencer Marketing Executive
at Book My Kitty, you will design, activate and scale influencer-led growth programs that create community, drive bookings and amplify brand love. You will lead online campaigns and also own
weekly offline influencer meetups
— building authentic, local networks that turn influencers into long-term brand partners.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks like a marketer, leads like a coach, and executes like a closer.

What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies to drive app installs, bookings, and brand awareness across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
  • Identify, onboard and nurture micro, nano and macro influencers aligned with our brand values and target audiences.
  • Plan, organize and lead
    weekly offline influencer meetups
    (venue sourcing, invites, agendas, on-ground coordination, feedback and follow-up) to build strong local communities and content opportunities.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, manage contracts, track deliverables, and ensure timely content publication and payment reconciliation.
  • Create compelling campaign briefs, content guidelines and creative direction to ensure influencer output is on-brand and performance-focused.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion, CAC) and iterate to improve ROI.
  • Maintain an influencer CRM — track relationships, campaign history, performance, payments and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with social, content, events, and sales teams to integrate influencer activity into broader marketing and revenue initiatives.
  • Run periodic influencer-led activations at RWAs, restaurants, spas/salons, hotels, theatres and other partner venues to drive hyperlocal traction.
  • Spot and test emerging platforms, trends and creator formats; recommend experiments and scale winners.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong network or proven ability to source and engage local influencers and creators.
  • Experience organizing offline events, meetups or on-ground activations — comfortable with weekly in-person coordination.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing budgets, contracts and payments.
  • Data-driven mindset — experience with campaign tracking, basic attribution, and reporting (Google Analytics / UTM / platform insights).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders with warmth and authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; must be proactive, adaptable and highly organized.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience with event-driven marketing or community building at RWAs / local societies.
  • Familiarity with creator tools, brief templates, content calendars and basic video editing knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Delhi NCR influencer ecosystem.

KPIs (What Success Looks Like)

  • Number of quality influencer partnerships onboarded per month.
  • Monthly influencer-driven bookings & revenue attribution.
  • Content performance: average engagement rate, reach and conversion metrics.
  • Attendance and outcome of weekly offline meetups (attendees, content produced, leads generated).
  • Cost per acquisition (influencer channel) and ROI on influencer spend.

Working Hours & Other Details

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
