**Job Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and collaborate with relevant influencers to reach our target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations and partnerships.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze influencer marketing campaigns' performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns with other marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Manage influencer budgets and contracts, ensuring timely payments and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique influencer marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
