10.Timely MIS reporting to ASM

11.100 BA visits a month

12.Farmer visits along with Each FSO completing 100 farmer visits

13.Recording proper entry of daily visits in SFA

14.Participate in 8 Crop Show a month

15.Conduct 4 Big farmer meetings a month

**Soft Skills**

Excellent Selling skills, FSO management skills, Influencing skills

**Specific Skills**
- Knowledge of the area’s Agri input market and Biological segments
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture, products methods & tools
