**Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic **Customer Support Executive** to join our international support team. As a key player in our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to clients across different countries. You will serve as a point of contact for resolving inquiries, issues, and providing product/service information to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer inquiries and provide solutions.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or problems with products and services.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support or technical teams.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on common customer concerns and suggest process improvements based on insights.
- **International Communication**:

- Handle customer queries from different regions and ensure cultural nuances are respected.
- Be flexible in working across different time zones to accommodate international clients.
- **Product & Service Education**:

- Provide guidance and explanations of the company's products and services to customers.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new customers to ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the product/service.
- **Feedback & Improvement**:

- Collect customer feedback and suggestions for product or service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to implement customer-driven changes.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international or multilingual environment.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Comfortable using CRM software and helpdesk tools.
- Basic knowledge of common technical troubleshooting (if applicable) or a willingness to learn.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Awareness and respect for cultural differences in a global customer base.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

- Ability to work across different time zones as per customer needs.
