- Speaking to customers to understand their goals and requirements and providing inputs tothe business and product teams
- Solve issues, questions, and concerns
- Ensure all the commitments to the customers are met by coordinating with various internaldepartments
- Maintain accurate data of all aspects relating to the customers
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Empathy to understand customer needs and pains
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment

**Experience**:1 years of minimum Experience in customer query handling (only voice
