Overview:
The Telecaller & eCommerce Order Management Specialist is a dual-role position focused on managing customer interactions through voice calls and handling the operations associated with online order processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and strong organizational abilities to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Telecalling and Sales:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about new products, services, and special offers.
- Respond to inbound calls regarding inquiries, order details, and customer grievances.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to enhance customer engagement and increase sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, including customer feedback and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- eCommerce Order Management:

- Process orders received through the eCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy in order entry and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges according to company policies while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Track orders, resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, and provide customers with updates and solutions to their satisfaction.
- Customer Service:

- Provide exemplary customer service by addressing customer issues and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and assist with any follow-up needs or additional inquiries.
- Work closely with the customer service team to improve overall service and support strategies.
- Data Management and Reporting:

- Input and manage customer and order data in the CRM and order management systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity, sales results, and order fulfillment status.
- Analyze trends in customer inquiries and order issues to recommend improvements in products or processes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or in order management, particularly within an eCommerce setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and any other relevant languages.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
- A friendly, patient, and persuasive personality with a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
