Roles And Responsibilities
Solid working knowledge on providing end to end production support with the quick response time.
Demonstrated hands on working on Sterling Order Management (OMS) in production support.
Quick and relevant solution on tickets/incidents raised by the business team, Provide Root cause analysis (RCA) and report system issues to the development team and get them fixed based on impact.
Monitoring various phases of order flow and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Creating reports based on the business requirement through automated PL SQL procedures and xls.
Pro-actively monitoring various order and inventory activities between discrete systems in the fulfilment eco system.

Must And Good To Have Skills
Worked on incident and change Management with ability to capture the problem statement and not just focussed to execution.
Should possess top notch debugging, excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills backed by excellent written and communication skills.
Solid understanding on defect analysis and should provide long term resolution to recurring patterns.
Excellent in Providing technical and functional expertise to drive and resolve issues in OMS.
Experience working in a Production support project(s).
Prior experience on production support and should be ready to work on 24-7 production support.
Open to work in shifts and weekend on a occasional basis.
Good functional knowledge of OMS order, payment and inventory flows for at least 1 live OMS system.
Good functional knowledge of backend and UI customizations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
