We are seeking a **Food technologist/ Nutraceuticals SME person for Amazon's Private Brand Food Safety team** with immediate joining. Please find the key requirements below:
**Educational Qualification**:

- **B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Technology/Food Science, B.Pharma/M.Pharma or related field**:

- Additional auditor certifications in Food Safety/Quality Management preferred

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- **2-4 years of experience in food industry/nutraceuticals compliance management**:

- Strong **knowledge of food safety norms**, audit standards (GFSI/BRC/FSSC), AYUSH, Ayurveda Ahara and **FSSAI regulations**:

- Experience in managing product compliance and vendor/seller compliance
- Proven track record in vendor/seller quality management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing quality assurance and compliance programs
- Implementing food safety standards and protocols
- Vendor/Seller quality management and development

**Location**:[Bangalore]
**Position Type**: Contract

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
