- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct research to identify new ingredients, formulations, and processes for food product development.
- Experiment with different recipes, ingredients, and processing techniques to create innovative and high-quality food products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations to assess product attributes.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that food products meet safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of production facilities to monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to product quality or safety.
- **Product Testing and Analysis**:

- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to evaluate the nutritional content, shelf life, texture, flavor, and overall quality of food products.
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations for product improvement or optimization.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
