**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GEM Portal Management**:

- Registering the company on GEM and updating product/service catalogs.
- Monitoring tenders, RFQs, and bids on the GEM platform.
- Handling bid submissions, vendor registrations, and tender documentation.
- **Tendering & Bidding Process**:

- Identifying relevant government and private tenders.
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents within deadlines.
- Managing pre-bid queries and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Preparing EMD, PBG, and other required documents for tender submissions.
- Maintaining records of tenders, contracts, and related correspondences.
- Ensuring all tender-related activities comply with government procurement policies.
- **Vendor & Client Coordination**:

- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for quotation gathering.
- Coordinating with clients for clarifications and technical requirements.
- Following up on tender results and contract execution.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Analyzing tender trends and competitors’ bidding strategies.
- Providing management with reports on bid status, success rates, and insights.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
✔ **Mandatory experience in GEM software & tendering processes.**
✔ Strong understanding of **government procurement policies** and tender documentation.
✔ Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and online tender portals.
✔ Excellent **communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.**
✔ Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Knowledge of **e-procurement portals, GEM compliance, and bid evaluation.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
