**Job Title**: Executive Assistant - Growth
**Location**: Mumbai
**Department**: Sales & Marketing (Telecom)
**Reporting to**: Sales Head

**Position Overview**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:

- Work alongside the Sales Head to identify and target prospective customers in the telecom industry.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Follow up with customers to understand product experience, gather feedback, and track outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requirements.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to build and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure customer queries, concerns, and suggestions are addressed promptly.
- Track and document client interactions and feedback for product improvement.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies in telecom.
- Provide inputs to the Sales Head for strategy formulation.
- **Reporting & Data Management**:

- Maintain sales pipelines, track targets, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Document customer feedback and product performance for management review.
- Ensure CRM and reporting tools are updated with accurate information.
- **Growth & Strategy Execution**:

- Support in developing sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and product showcases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Customer-centric approach with a drive for results.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (telecom industry experience is an advantage).
- Exposure to product sales, market research, and customer engagement.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
