**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend a minimum of **3 client meetings per day** (in-person or virtual).
- Conduct **discovery sessions** to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- **Convert meetings into confirmed registrations** by providing effective counseling and follow-up.
- Meet monthly **discovery and registration targets** as assigned.
- Make **cold calls** to generate new leads and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the telesales and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any stream) with **1-3 years of experience** in counselling, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
