Production (Powder Coating)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- In charge of Powder coating and liquid paint team
- Timely execution of work allotted.
- Man power planning and maintenance of optimum force levels
- Shop floor control of labour, attendance, availability of support services,
work, supervision and quality management.
- Daily inputs for progress reports in production and planning sheet
- Control and management of production, documentation
- Liaison between stores/purchase, design and quality control department
- Safety of personnel
- Enforcement of correct production procedures and practices
- Correct demand of chemical for Pretreatment.
- Make sure all machineries related to department is run daily and properly
maintained.
- Control on scrap of foam.
- Enforcement of procedures for production control and progress reports
- Procedures for work planning and location
- Responsible for Foam pasting and rock wool as applicable.
- Proper storing of painted canopy and other items
- Responsible for improving production efficiency and reducing material
waste.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work in powder coating: 5 years (required)
- Production (Chemical): 4 years (required)
